I recently became unemployed. While I knew I had to get back on the job hunt, I also wanted to take time to slow down, concentrate on  graduate school and adventure.  Now, as mentiond I had commitements, so any major trips had to be put on hold, for the time being! So I decided to find the beauty in nature at home, in Westchester  County. 

Life Alfresco is my chance to do some of the things I've always wanted to. I love hiking, and being in nature and exploring. When I was working I had little time to go out and hike! So, I decided to make the best of my situation and get out in nature and see all that my county had to offer. And let me tell you, it is truly spectacular!

I haven't finsihed this adventure, and let me tell you its fueled a passion to do more traveling and exploring! Stay tuned, and remeber to live a LIFE ALFRESCO!
